CrossFit New CEO: Who is Don Faul?


CrossFit HQ have recently announced Don Faul as their new CEO for CrossFit.


After Eric Roza stepped down from his role back in February, CrossFit have been on the hunt for a new CEO ever since. According to Dave Castro, Don Faul has been in talks with CrossFit for a few months over taking over the CEO role and filling Eric Roza's shoes.


Who is Don Faul?


Don Faul is a former U.S. Marine Corps platoon commander and accomplished executive with more than eight years of CrossFit experience. CrossFit says "Faul is passionate about the CrossFit methodology and is looking forward to supporting affiliate owners, coaches, and athletes as we bring the transformative power of CrossFit to more people around the world."

CrossFit CEO Don Faul has also held key positions at large companies such as Pinterest, Google and Meta. Faul has been met with a resoundingly positive welcome by athletes, fans and staff members alike.


Dave Castro, previous Director of the CrossFit Games and now Affiliate Relationship Manager, has released a video describing his relationship with other Marines and his eagerness to work with Faul in the future.
