    This 8 Week Hyrox Training Program includes 5 workouts per week with rest days and active recovery days programmed too. 

    We have also included the full Hyrox Race details and a matrix for Singles, Doubles and Teams race weights and distances. 

    We split the program into 2 parts, each lasting 4 weeks where we build your strength, endurance and conditioning for both sections and in the latter part, program some Hyrox Race Day simulations. 

    Running is a key part of Hyrox so there are plenty of opportunities to work on your running with 3 specific running workouts a week, all targetting different objectives.

  • About The Program Writer

    This program was written by Harry Smith our Level 2 Fitness Instructor who has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. 

    Specialising in functional fitness, CrossFit and conditioning workouts, Harry has a background in sports like Rugby, Cycling, Lacrosse and Climbing but his main passion is CrossFit. 

    Harry has worked with multiple Hyrox athletes with direct experience racing.
