We'll also work on your mobility, which is essential for performing gymnastic movements safely and efficiently.
Finally, our program will help you build your aerobic capacity, which is essential for performing well in CrossFit workouts. We'll focus on both short and long workouts, as well as interval training, to help you build endurance and improve your recovery times.
