Unlike other programs out there, ours is research-backed and competitive, which means you can trust that the methods we use are proven to work. Our program was created by a fitness expert with years of experience in the field, who has tried and tested various programs over the years, including CrossFit Mainsite, local gym programming, and Opex programming. After realizing that none of these programs were getting them to where they wanted to be, they decided to create their own.

 

After researching the best techniques for programming, combined with my background in sports and fitness qualifications, I created the 12 Week Fitness Program for Strength & Conditioning.

 

My program was tried and tested, and the results were nothing short of amazing. Not only did they add serious weights to their personal bests, but they also lost around 7% body fat.

 

Over the course of the next 12 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to take the next step in becoming a competitive CrossFit athlete. With our program, you'll work on building your strength, improving your gymnastic skills, and boosting your aerobic capacity. We believe that training in these three areas is the key to success in CrossFit, and we've designed our program to ensure that you see results in all three areas.

 

One of the things that sets our program apart is the focus on building strength. We believe that strength is the foundation of all CrossFit movements, and that by building a strong foundation, you'll be able to perform better in all other areas. We'll focus on compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and presses, as well as accessory movements that will help you improve your technique and build strength in specific areas.

 

In addition to strength training, our program also focuses on improving your gymnastic skills. Whether you're looking to improve your pull-ups, handstand push-ups, or muscle-ups, we'll provide you with the tools you need to make progress. We'll also work on your mobility, which is essential for performing gymnastic movements safely and efficiently.

Finally, our program will help you build your aerobic capacity, which is essential for performing well in CrossFit workouts. We'll focus on both short and long workouts, as well as interval training, to help you build endurance and improve your recovery times.

 

Over the course of the 12 weeks, you'll work towards an 12 week goal, which will give you the opportunity to test what your body can do. You'll be amazed at how much progress you can make in just 12 weeks, and we can't wait to see what you can achieve with our program.

  • What You Will Recieve?

    When you purchase the 12 Week Competitive Fitness Program, you will recieve our 36 page eBook via email which contains how to use the program, what's included, weekly direction and a daily workout for 12 weeks. 

     

    You can then view your eBook as a PDF on your phone, tablet, PC or you can print it off for use in the gym. 

  • What's Included On This Program?

    We have built this program to cater for the intermediate functional fitness athlete to help them get competitive and take their training to the next level.

     

    This means working on strength, skills, accessories and of course a daily WOD working on different stimuli, muscle groups and time domains each day of the week.

     

    On top of that we have programmed strategic rest days or active recovery to help you perform better in the gym without overtraining.

     

    Our program was built by Level 2 Fitness Instructors with functional fitness qualifications under their belt so you can be rest assured they can guide you to the next step.

  • How To Use This Program?

    This program is split into the 7 days of the week with prescribed workouts for 6 of the 7 days with an active recovery day programmed in too.

     

    The workout days are then split into: Strength, Accessories and Conditioning.

     

    The Strength portions will contain your major lifts needed in CrossFit. It is imperative you warm up for your movements as well as giving ample rest between sets. Research has shown waiting approximately 3 minutes between sets gives you the best chance to recover but not cool down.

     

    The Accessories portions will contain additional strength or skill elements to help you with the main lifts and gymnastic skills you need for CrossFit. Much like the Strength portions, make sure you leave approximately 3 minutes between sets unless the workout is for time.

     

    The Conditioning portions contains the workout of the day. The movements will range from running to lifting and can be from 4 minutes to 40 minutes. Ensure you're warmed up for the individual movements and scale if required both weights and movements.

  • About The Program Writer

    This program was written by Harry Smith our Level 2 Fitness Instructor who has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. 

    Specialising in functional fitness, CrossFit and conditioning workouts, Harry has a background in sports like Rugby, Cycling, Lacrosse and Climbing but his main passion is CrossFit.
