How to use CBD
Updated: Sep 1, 2020
CBD has rocketed into the public eye with the legalisation of cannabis across many multiple countries around the world including some states in the US and for medical usage in the UK. This blog takes a look at how to use CBD, in what forms and why you should be considering CBD in your daily routine.
This paired with recent research into the effects of CBD on the human body, has sparked many supplement companies to start developing products containing CBD, many of which have different applications and can be consumed or used in different ways.
CBD Oils
CBD Oils are the most popular form of CBD seen on shelves or on websites due to its easy consumption and how concentrated formulas can provide great benefits. CBD Oils can either be consumed by a few drops straight into the mouth or with drinks or food.
Usually a few drops a day can see you reaping the maximum benefits of using CBD. Many CBD Oils are promoted in health stores or on fitness sites as many athletes promote CBD Oils to their followers.

CBD Sprays
Much like the CBD oils, many CBD sprays can be sprayed into the mouth, usually under the tongue for quicker absorption into the blood stream. The CBD spray would need to be held in the mouth for a certain number of seconds before swallowing. Some CBD sprays are flavoured to allow for easier consumption.
CBD Capsules
CBD capsules provide an easy solution if the taste or texture of oils and sprays are uncomfortable. CBD capsules can be swallowed like other capsules or pills. The effects of the CBD may take longer to enter the bloodstream as it has to go through the digestive system.

CBD Creams
Much like muscle stimulant or relaxant creams, CBD creams can be rubbed onto painful areas on the body and the CBD in the cream will be absorbed through the skin to help with pain relief or to alleviate inflammation.
